Bus Detour for Nos. 156 & 159 in Cliffside Park – Monday, February 9, 2025

Effective Monday, February 9 at 10:00 PM, until Tuesday, February 10, at 6:00 AM, Gorge Road will be closed between Edgewater Road and Walker Street due to snow removal.   

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 156 and 159 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward PABT will travel from Gorge and Edgewater roads, make a right on Edgewater Road, left on Palisade Avenue, right on Walker Street, right on Gorge Road, and then continue the regular route. 
• Buses traveling toward Englewood Cliffs/Fort Lee will travel from Gorge Road and Walker Street, make a left on Walker Street, right on Palisade Avenue, right on Edgewater Road, left on Gorge Road, and then continue the regular route.   

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
