Bus Detour for Nos. 23, 128, 159X, 165, 166, and 168 in West New York - Effective Thursday, February 26, to Friday, February 27, 2026

Effective Thursday, February 26 until Friday, February 27, from 4:30 PM to 6:00 AM, JFK Boulevard East will be closed between 49th Street and 60th Street for snow removal.

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 23, 128, 159X, 165, 166, and 168 in West New York will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward PABT/Hoboken will travel from JFK Boulevard East and 60th Street, make a right on 60th Street, left on Bergenline Avenue, left on 48th Street, right on Boulevard East, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward North Bergen, Westwood, Cresskill, and Paramus will travel from JFK Boulevard East and 48th Street, make a left on 48th Street, right on Bergenline Avenue, right on 60th Street, left on Boulevard East, and then continue the regular route.

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
