Bus Detour for No. 317 in Belmar – Sunday, March 8, 2026

Effective Sunday, March 8, from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM, Main Street will be closed between 8th and 10th Avenues due to a St. Patrick’s Day Parade.     

NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 317 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Philadelphia will travel from Route 35 South and 8th Avenue, continue on Route 35 South, continue to Route 71 South, and then continue the regular route.     
• Buses traveling toward Asbury Park will travel from Route 71 North and 10th Avenue, continue on Route 35 North, and then continue the regular route. 

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
