Bus Detour for No. 30 in Harrison & Kearny – Sunday, March 15, 2026

Effective Sunday, March 15, from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Kearny Avenue & Frank E. Rodgers Boulevard will be closed between Harrison and Midland Avenues due to a St. Patrick’s Day Parade.       

NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 30 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Newark will travel from Kearny and Midland Avenues, make a right on Midland Avenue, left on Belgrove Drive, left on Passaic Avenue, right on Clay Street, and then continue the regular route.   
• Buses traveling toward North Arlington  will travel from Harrison Avenue and Route 280 East ramp, make a right on Harrison Avenue, right on Passaic Avenue, right on Belgrove Drive, right on Midland Avenue, left on Kearny Avenue, and then continue the regular route. 

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
