Bus Detour for No. 830 in Belmar - Saturday, March 28, 2026

Effective Saturday, March 28, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Main Street will be closed between 5th Avenue and North Boulevard for the St. Patrick's Day Parade.

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 830 in Belmar will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Point Pleasant Beach will travel from Main Street and 5th Avenue, make a left on 5th Avenue, right on Ocean Avenue, right on 20th Avenue, continue on 20th Avenue to North Boulevard, left on 3rd Avenue, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward Asbury Park will travel from 3rd Avenue and North Boulevard, make a right on North Boulevard, continue on North Boulevard to 20th Avenue, left on Ocean Avenue, left on 5th Avenue, right on Main Street, and then continue the regular route.

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
