Newark Light Rail: Schedule and Boarding Changes - Saturday, March 21, and Sunday, March 22, 2026

Both days, all trains will run on a regular Sunday schedule.

Saturday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM: All trains will arrive on Platforms 4 and 5 at Newark Penn Station. Platforms 1 and 2 will be closed. 

After work is completed on Platforms 1 and 2, work will move to Platforms 4 and 5, and trains will board on Platforms 1 and 2.

Both days, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM: All trains will arrive on the inbound platform at NJPAC Station. The outbound platform will be closed.

Please check all destination signs before boarding and allow for extra travel time.
