Bus Detour for Route No. 704 in Paterson – Friday, April 3, 2026

Effective Friday, April 3, from 11:00 AM until 5:00 PM, Main Street in Paterson will be closed between Ward and Grand Streets due to a funeral  

NJ TRANSIT Bus Route No. 704 will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward Paterson will travel from Grand and Marshall Streets, make a left on Marshall Street, bear right on Route 19, left on Main Street, and then continue the regular route. 

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
