Bus Detour for Nos. 67 and 139 in Freehold Boro - Monday, May 25, 2026

Effective Monday, May 25, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Main Street will be closed between Throckmorton Street and Park Avenue for the Memorial Day Parade.

During this time, NJ TRANSIT Bus Route Nos. 67 and 139 in Freehold Boro will operate on a detour as follows:

• Buses traveling toward New York/Newark will travel from Route 9 North and South Street, continue on Route 9 North, make a right on Manalapan Avenue, left on Broad Street, left on Throckmorton Street, and then continue the regular route.
• Buses traveling toward Lakewood/Toms River will travel from Broad Street and Throckmorton Street, make a right on Broad Street, continue on Broad Street, right on Manalapan Avenue, left on Route 9 South, and then continue the regular route.

Bus stops may be lost, and minor delays are expected during this detour. Please read the above detour directions carefully and allow for extra travel time.
