Penn Station New York: Escalator 4B Serving Tracks 7 & 8 Temporarily Out of Service – Effective Immediately 

Effective immediately and continuing until further notice, Escalator 4B, which services Tracks 7 and 8 will be temporarily out of service due to service repairs.

During this time, customers may use the elevator located in the elevator concourse or escalators located in the 8^th Avenue concourse.
