UPDATE: Newark Broad Street Station – Staircase for Tracks 1 & 3 Platform Temporarily Closed for Repairs – Effective Immediately
UPDATE: As of 3PM, October 25, the staircase has been reopened.
Effective immediately and continuing until approximately Wednesday, October 26, the east-end staircase (located between University Avenue and Broad Street) for the Tracks 1 and 3 platform at Newark Broad Street Station will be temporarily closed for repairs.
During this time, customers may use the stairs/elevator within the station building or the staircase from MLK Blvd to access the platform.
Please allow for extra travel time, and for your safety, obey all posted signs and do not travel through barricaded areas.
