Bridgewater Station: Eastbound Platform Boarding Detour – Effective Immediately

Effective immediately and continuing until Mid-December 2023, customer access to the Eastbound platform at Bridgewater Train Station will be rerouted along the sidewalks of Steve Kalafer Way, formally Cole Drive, while work is conducted by Somerset County to rehabilitate and upgrade customer accessibility.

Important note for customers requiring accessible services:

  • ADA accessible ramps are available at Bridgewater Train Station for customer use on the Eastbound and Westbound Platforms.
  • Customers requiring elevators may use Somerville Train Station as an alternative. Visit Accessible Services for a complete list of accessible rail stations, bus routes and other alternate travel options.

Note: This is an ongoing project, there may be changes and updates throughout. Please be aware and continue to follow any cautionary signage and allow for extra travel time during commutes.
