Newark Broad Street Station: Entrance Staircase Closed - Effective Immediately
Effective immediately and continuing until approximately Friday, September 8, the entrance staircase, which leads to the tunnel area at Newark Broad Street Station, will be temporarily closed for repairs.
During this time, customers will be able to access the station Track 2 side by using the staircase off of University Avenue, the elevator located by the main floor entrance, or the main building entryway’s second landing from the side by the ticket office.
Additionally, the tunnel area will be accessible from the Track 2 elevator and from the ticket office area.
Please allow for extra travel time, and for your safety, obey all posted signs and do not travel through barricaded areas.
