Delays of up to 20 minutes possible in both directions
During the weekends of October 23 to October 24 and again on October 30 to October 31 from 7AM Saturdays to 7PM Sundays, trains on NJ TRANSIT's Morris & Essex Lines may experience delays of up to 20 minutes in and out of New York due to tree trimming work near Morristown Station and PSEG work near Chatham Station.

On Friday, November 5 at 10PM to Monday, November 8 at 5AM, trains on NJ TRANSIT's Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast Line and Morris & Essex Lines may experience delays of up to 20-30 minutes in and out of New York due to track work on the Portal Bridge.

Newark Broad Street Station: Westbound Elevator Temporarily Out of Service for Repairs - Beginning Late October 2021
Beginning in late October 2021 and continuing for approximately one month, the westbound elevator at Newark Broad Street Station will be temporarily out of service for modernization and repairs.
During this time, the westbound platform at Newark Broad Street Station will not be ADA accessible.
