Secaucus Junction: Escalator 19 Temporarily Out of Service – Effective Immediately

Effective immediately until further notice, Escalator 19, which is located at the west end of A/B platform at Secaucus Junction will be temporarily out of service for repairs.

During this time, customers may use Escalator 20 and Elevator 4 on the west end of the platform, Escalators 22, 23 and 24 in the middle of the platform, Escalator 26 on the east, and Escalator 29 on the far east of the platform.

We appreciate your patience during these important repairs.

UPDATE: Newark Penn Station: Track 5 North Entrance Temporarily Unavailable for Tile Replacement Work: Beginning Monday, June 14, 2021

UPDATE: Entrance has been reopened.

Beginning on Monday, June 14 and continuing until further notice, the north entrance to Track 5 – located to the left of the Amtrak Customer Service counter in the Main Concourse at Newark Penn Station – will be temporarily unavailable due to tile-replacement work.

Hamilton Station: Escalator 4 Temporarily Out of Service - Effective Immediately

Effective immediately and continuing until approximately Wednesday, June 16, Escalator 4 at Hamilton Station is temporarily out of service for repairs.

During this time, customers may use nearby elevator or stairs to access the platform.

For your safety, please do not travel through barricaded areas, and do not remove barricades. Escalator stairs are closed.

North Jersey Coast Line: Possible Delays due to Track Work – Saturday, June 12, 2021

Delays of up to 30 minutes possible in both directions

On Saturday, June 12 from 6AM until 8PM, North Jersey Coast Line trains between Long Branch and New York may experience delays of up to 30 minutes in both directions due to track work between South Amboy and Rahway. Trains operating from Long Branch to Bay Head may also be delayed due to possible delays from the connecting New York train.
