From approximately 9:30 AM until 3:00 PM each weekday until Friday, November 7, trains operating on the Main-Bergen County and Port Jervis lines are subject to delays of up to 15 minutes in both directions due to track maintenance between Ridgewood and Suffern stations.

On weekdays from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, delays of up to 15 minutes are possible on westbound (to Summit/Gladstone/Dover/Hackettstown stations) trains between East Orange and Gladstone/Dover/Hackettstown stations due to track maintenance.

During this time, westbound trains will stop on Track 1 from East Orange through Maplewood stations.

The parking lot will be closed from 3:00 AM on Saturday, August 16, until 4:00 AM on Sunday, August 17, due to re-paving.

During this time, customers are asked to park at nearby rail stations such as Passaic Station. This construction work will not impact rail service.

The parking lot located in front of the station will be closed from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM due to re-striping.

During this time, customers can park in the lot located on the Track 1 side of the station.

Effective Saturday, August 9, 2025, and continuing into early 2026, NJ TRANSIT will implement interim bus operations along Hudson Place, between River Street and Hudson Street, as part of the ongoing Hoboken Connect project and the significant improvements currently underway.

The staircase to the eastbound (to New York) platform is temporarily closed due to refurbishment. Customers can use a different nearby staircase to access the platform during this time.

On both days, from approximately 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Morristown Line (Midtown Direct) and Montclair-Boonton Line trains are subject to delays of up to 20 minutes due to track maintenance.

On Tuesday, August 12, and Wednesday, August 13, NJ TRANSIT will offer rail service to and from Secaucus Junction/Hoboken and MetLife Stadium for the Chris Brown concerts.
