Hoboken Terminal: Construction Activity Resulting in Changed Traffic Patterns – Effective Monday, June 23, 2025
Please be advised that ongoing construction activity will result in new traffic patterns due to public infrastructure improvements at Hoboken Terminal.
Maplewood Station: Partial Parking Lot Closure – Monday, August 11, 2025
Effective Monday, August 11, between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, the Maplewood Station parking lot will be partially closed due to a special event.
During this time, customers will have access to the platform, as well as the station house.
Please continue to observe and obey all posted safety signage.
Clifton Station: Parking Lot 2 Closed - 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 21, to 8:00 AM on Sunday, June 22, 2025
Please plan to use the nearby alternate parking lot, located in front of the station.
Please obey all posted signs, and do not travel through or park in barricaded areas. Failure to observe will result in vehicles being towed from the construction zones. Allow for extra travel time.
Secaucus Junction: Escalator Out of Service – Effective Immediately
Effective immediately and continuing until approximately July 17, escalator 10 between the rotunda and the track E&F, and G&H platforms will be closed due to handrail repairs.
During this time, customers may use the adjacent escalator and stairs to access the train platform.
Montclair-Boonton and Morris & Essex Line Service Delays due to Bridge Replacement – Beginning Saturday, June 28, 2025
Beginning at 5:00 AM on Saturday, June 28 and continuing until 3:00 AM Monday, June 30, service on the Montclair-Boonton and Morris and Essex Lines will be significantly affected by a bridge replacement project between Newark Broad Street and Hoboken Terminal.
UPDATE: Secaucus Junction: Eastbound Concourse Elevator PE3 Returned to Service - Effective Immediately
The Eastbound Concourse Elevator PE3 at Secaucus Junction has returned to service.
North Jersey Coast Line: Monmouth Park Service Begins – Effective Friday, June 20, 2025
On Fridays beginning June 20 and continuing until August 22, trains will stop at Monmouth Park Station.
North Jersey Coast Line: Summer Shore Service Begins – Effective Sunday, June 15, 2025
Beginning Sunday, June 15, and continuing on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays until September 6, the Bay Head-Long Branch shuttle service will operate once an hour from 7:16 AM until 9:18 PM toward Long Branch and from 8:35 AM until 10:46 PM toward Bay Head.

NJ TRANSIT will offer rail service from Secaucus Junction and MetLife Stadium for the FIFA Club World Cup matches on July 5, July 8, and July 9.
SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS TO SUPPORT TRAVEL TO DAYTIME MATCHES DURING FIFA CLUB WORLD CUP – JUNE 17 AND JUNE 19, 2025
To support service operating to Meadowlands Station on Tuesday, June 17 and Thursday, June 19, beginning at 7:00 AM from Secaucus Junction, schedule adjustments will be required on the Pascack Valley and Bergen County Lines as Sports Line trains also use portions of both lines.
