On Saturday, November 11, from 7AM until approximately 3PM, Escalator 1A which services tracks 1 and 2 will be out of service due to repairs.

During this time, customers can utilize the escalator on the opposite side.

On Sunday, November 12, new NJ TRANSIT Rail schedules will take effect on all lines. While there will be minor time changes to numerous trains on most lines, please note the following:

Effective immediately, the Easton Avenue/Route 27 staircase at New Brunswick Station is open for customer usage. 

Note: The east-end staircase on the westbound platform (Somerset and George streets) remains closed at this time.

Please allow for extra travel time, and for your safety, obey posted signs, and do not travel through barricaded areas.

We thank you for your patience as we continue to expand and enhance New Brunswick Station.

Effective Monday, November 13, until approximately Friday, December 1, portions of the Orange Station parking lot and the entrances/exits from South Essex and Lincoln avenues will be inaccessible due to sewer line repairs.

The elevator for the Eastbound platform for tracks A&1 at Newark Airport Station has returned to service.

Effective Monday, November 6, from 9AM until 12PM, Raymond Boulevard Concourse will be closed due to a special event. We ask that customers please utilize the Main and Market Street entrances during this time.

Effective immediately and continuing until further notice, due to the construction of a new Asbury Park Fire House, access to the Track 1 (to Bay Head) platform will be inaccessible from Springwood Avenue as well as the waiting room tunnel in the ticket office.

On Monday, November 6, NJ TRANSIT will offer Rail service to/from Secaucus Junction and MetLife Stadium for the New York Jets vs. Los Angeles Chargers football game.
