In the event the Sidewalk Elevator at Wesmont Station is temporarily out of service, customers desiring accessible services may utilize the nearest accessible Rail station.
- The closest accessible stations on the Main/Bergen County lines are Rutherford and Plauderville.

- NJ TRANSIT buses provide service near most Rail stations.
Please note the Platform Elevator and the Sidewalk Elevator must both be in service in order get to and from trains. Please check the Elevator Status page before starting your trip.

Effective immediately and continuing until further notice, Escalator 8, serving Track 1 in the Main/South Concourse (near Starbucks) at Newark Penn Station, will be temporarily out of service for repairs.
Summit Station - Staircase to Eastbound Platform Temporarily Out of Service for Repairs - Tuesday, February 15 to Tuesday, February 22, 2022
On Tuesday, February 15 through approximately Tuesday, February 22 from 7AM to 7PM every day, the staircase for Eastbound Track 2 (located inside the waiting room) at Summit Station will be temporarily closed for repair work.
During this time, customers may use the stairs adjacent to the closed staircase or elevators to access the platform.
For your safety, please obey all posted signs and do not travel through barricaded areas.

Bergen County Line: Possible Delays due to Track Work – Sunday, February 6, 2022
Possibly delays up to 30 minutes
On Sunday, February 6 from 6AM to 5PM, Bergen County Line trains will be subject to delays of up to 30 minutes due to preliminary track preparations for future upgrades.
Morris & Essex Lines: Possible Delays due to PSEG Work – Weekend – February 12-13, 2022
Possible delays of up to 20 minutes in both directions
On Saturday, February 12 and Sunday, February 13 (weather dependent), trains on the Morris & Essex lines will be subject to delays of up to 20 minutes in both directions between Dover and New York due to PSEG transmission wire work near Chatham.
Note: Please allow for extra travel time as additional delays are possible due to track work already in progress.

Secaucus Junction: Escalator No. 26 Temporarily Out of Service - Effective Immediately
Effective immediately and continuing until Friday, February 4, Escalator No. 26 at Secaucus Junction, which serves tracks A/B and is located in the middle of the long hall is temporarily out of service for maintenance.
