On Saturday, March 27 and Sunday, March 28, between 7AM and 8PM both days, schedule adjustments will occur on NJ TRANSIT’s Hudson Bergen Light Rail between Garfield Avenue and Liberty State Park stations, in both directions, due to scheduled track maintenance work as follows:

Note: A bus bridge will operate on a load and go basis between Garfield and Liberty State Park stations.

On Saturday, March 13 from 6AM to 6:30PM, Newark Light Rail will experience temporary service changes and a bus bridge as follows due to construction:

On Presidents’ Day, Monday, February 15, Hudson-Bergen Light Rail (HBLR) service will operate on a Saturday/Sunday/Holiday schedule.

On Presidents’ Day, Monday, February 15, Newark Light Rail (NLR) service will operate on a Saturday schedule.

On Presidents’ Day, Monday, February 15, River LINE Light Rail service will operate on a Sunday/Holiday schedule.

On Saturday, February 6 from 7AM to 7PM, boarding changes and schedule adjustments will occur on NJ TRANSIT’s Hudson Bergen Light Rail between Liberty State Park and Danforth Avenue stations.

NJ TRANSIT has resumed full weekday service on Wednesday, February 3 on light rail services, following the significant impacts of this week’s major snow accumulations.

Effective immediately through further notice, the West Headhouse at the Walter Rand Transportation Center (WRTC)/Broadway Station will be temporarily closed due to PATCO station enhancement work.

UPDATE: The track work below has been cancelled for this weekend. Trains are expected to operate on the normal schedule.
