UPDATE: Penn Station New York: Escalator 1B Serving Tracks 1 & 2 Temporarily Out of Service - Monday, October 5 to Friday, October 9, 2020
Beginning on or about Monday, October 5 and continuing through Friday, October 9, Escalator 1B serving Tracks 1 and 2 and located on the 7th Avenue concourse at New York Penn Station is temporarily out of service for repairs.
During this time, customers may use nearby escalators, elevators and stairs.

Secaucus Junction: Escalator 19 Temporarily Out of Service – Beginning Monday, October 5, 2020
Beginning Monday, October 5, Escalator No. 19, which is located at the west end of A/B platform at Secaucus Junction will be temporarily out of service as part of a scheduled clean down.
During this time, customers may use Escalator No. 20 and Elevator No. 4 on the west end of the platform, Escalator Nos. 22, 23 and 24 mid-platform, Escalator No. 26 further east, and Escalator No. 29 at the far east of the platform.

Metropark Station: Station Building Temporarily Closed due to Utility Work - Friday, October 9 to Saturday, October 10, 2020
Beginning at 9PM, Friday, October 9 and continuing through 9AM Saturday, October 10, the Metropark Station building will be closed due to a scheduled local utility repair project on a municipal water main that serves the station building.
During this time, ticket offices and waiting rooms will be closed. Customers may purchase tickets via the outdoor Ticket Vending Machines or on the NJ TRANSIT app.
NOTE: Rail service will not be affected during this closure. Customers can continue to access the Rail platforms.
Jersey Avenue Rail Station: Ticket Window Temporarily Closed - Tuesday, September 29, 2020
On Tuesday, September 29, the ticket window at Jersey Avenue Station will be temporarily closed. Please purchase tickets on the NJ TRANSIT App or at ticket vending machines (TVMs) located outside the station.
NJ TRANSIT Access Link: Access Link Customers to Automatically Receive Reduced Fare ID Cards
In August, legislation was passed that allows all Access Link customers to be automatically issued Reduced Fare ID cards for discounted travel on NJ TRANSIT rail, bus and light rail service. The mailing of the cards to current Access Link customers has already begun and will continue over the coming weeks.
Secaucus Junction: Escalator 16 Temporarily Out of Service – Beginning Tuesday, September 29, 2020
Beginning Tuesday, September 29, Escalator No. 16, which is located at the north end of the platform, serving tracks E and F at Secaucus Junction will be temporarily out of service as part of a scheduled clean down.
North Jersey Coast Line: Rail Service to Monmouth Park Extended – Effective Immediately
Monmouth Park has extended its racing season through Saturday, October 24. As a result, NJ TRANSIT trains will continue to stop at Monmouth Park Station on days with live racing through the new end of the season.
Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast Line & Morris & Essex Lines: Possible Delays due to Track Work - Friday, September 25 to Monday, September 28, 2020
Beginning on Friday, September 25 at 10PM and continuing until Monday, September 28 at 5AM, Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast Line and Morris & Essex Line customers may experience service delays of up to 20 minutes in and out of Penn Station New York due to Amtrak track maintenance work.

Raritan Valley Line: Buses Replace Trains between Cranford & Newark due to Conrail Track Work – Saturday, September 26, 2020
Beginning 6AM, Saturday, September 26 and continuing until 2AM, Sunday, September 27, Conrail will perform track work, requiring Raritan Valley Line (RVL) trains to be replaced by NJ TRANSIT buses between Cranford and Newark Penn stations.
