Light Rail

On Monday, September 4, (Labor Day), Newark Light Rail (NLR) service will operate on a Saturday schedule.

Regular weekend schedules will operate on Saturday, September 2 and Sunday, September 3.

On Monday, September 4, (Labor Day), Hudson-Bergen Light Rail (HBLR) service will operate on a Weekend/Holiday schedule.

Regular weekend schedules will operate on Saturday, September 2 and Sunday, September 3.

On Monday, September 4, (Labor Day), River LINE Light Rail service will operate on a Sunday schedule.

River LINE will operate a regular Sunday schedule on Saturday, September 2 and Sunday, September 3.

Due to continued operational challenges, River LINE weekday service will temporarily operate every 30 minutes throughout the service day.

On Saturday, August 26 from approximately 6AM until 4PM, all trains will arrive on the inbound platforms at Orange Street, Park Avenue, Bloomfield Avenue and Davenport Avenue stations. The outbound platforms at these stations will be closed.

Beginning on Monday, August 21, and continuing until Wednesday, August 23, due to operational issues, River LINE service will operate on a Sunday/Holidays schedule.

On Saturday, August 19, from approximately 6AM until 4PM, all trains will arrive on the inbound platforms at Bloomfield Avenue and Davenport Avenue stations. The outbound platforms at these stations will be closed.

On Saturday, August 19 at 6AM and continuing until Sunday, August 20, at 9PM, schedule adjustments will occur on NJ TRANSIT Hudson-Bergen Light Rail due to construction.

On Saturday, August 12, and Sunday, August 13, from approximately 6AM until 4PM, all trains will arrive on the inbound platforms at Branch Brook Park and Silver Lake stations.
