Summit Station: Partial Parking Lot Closure due to Photoshoot – Friday, April 4, 2025
On Friday, April 4, from 11AM until 3PM, the parking lot at Summit Station will be partially closed due to a photoshoot.

To support infrastructure improvements on the Moodna Viaduct, Port Jervis trains will be replaced by buses at all stations from Port Jervis through Suffern stations, inclusive, during the following weekends:

Pascack Valley Line: NJ TRANSIT Offers Extra Rail Service for St. Patrick’s Day Parade - Monday, March 17, 2025
Beverages Will Not be Permitted on any NJ TRANSIT Vehicle on March 17
On Monday, March 17, NJ TRANSIT – in cooperation with Metro-North Railroad – will operate extra rail service on the Pascack Valley and Port Jervis Lines to accommodate customers traveling to the annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade in New York City.
Pascack Valley Line: Rail Service for Pearl River’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade – Sunday, March 23, 2025
Possible delays of up to 60 minutes
On Sunday, March 23, additional train coaches will be added to Pascack Valley Line trains to support travel to and from the Pearl River St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Due to heavy parade-level travel, delays of 30 to 60 minutes are possible on Pascack Valley Line trains operating from approximately 10AM to approximately 8PM.
Morris & Essex Line: Possible Delays due to Maintenance – Saturday, June 7, and Sunday, June 8, 2025
On Saturday, June 7, and Sunday, June 8, from 7:00 AM Saturday until 8:00 PM Sunday, M&E trains operating to Dover may face delays of 20 to 25 minutes between Madison and Dover stations due to bridge maintenance near Morristown Station.

On Saturday, March 1, 2025, NJ TRANSIT will operate additional service to/from Hoboken to support expected increases in travel for St. Patrick’s Day-related festivities.
NJ TRANSIT North Jersey Coastline Rail Service for Belmar St. Patrick’s Day Parade – Sunday, March 2, 2025
On Sunday, March 2, 2025, NJ TRANSIT North Jersey Coastline Rail service will operate modified service in support of the Belmar St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
Raritan Valley Line: Service Resumes - Effective Thursday, February 20, 2025
Effective Thursday, February 20, regular train service will operate on the Raritan Valley Line between High Bridge Station and Newark Penn Station.
New Brunswick Station: Escalator Closed – Thursday, February 27, 2025
Effective Thursday, February 27, from 10AM until 2PM, the escalator serving Track 1 to New York City, will be closed due to inspection.
During this time, customers can use the adjacent staircase and elevator.
