Effective Thursday, February 27, from 10AM until 2PM, the escalator serving Track 1 to New York City, will be closed due to inspection.

During this time, customers can use the adjacent staircase and elevator.

We appreciate your patience as we accommodate this temporary routing adjustment.

Effective Wednesday, February 19, train service will operate between High Bridge Station and Cranford Station. Substitute bus service will operate from Cranford Station to Newark Penn Station, making stops at Roselle Park Station and Union Station.

Limited train service will operate to and from High Bridge Station.

All NJ TRANSIT services will operate on regular weekend schedules for as long as weather and road conditions safely allow. NJ TRANSIT customers are urged to build in extra time for their commute. Please use caution around bus stops, stations and facilities, as slippery conditions may exist.

Effective Wednesday, February 12, Thursday, February 13, and Friday, February 14, the Tracks 1 and 2 west stairway in New York Penn Station will be closed each evening from 10:30PM to 5AM due to repairs.

During this time, customers can utilize the Tracks 1 and 2 east stairway, located opposite the west stairway, or the entrance in the 8th Avenue concourse.

NJ TRANSIT will run enhanced rail service to support travel for the Philadelphia Eagles victory parade.

On Monday, February 17, 2025, NJ TRANSIT Rail service will operate an enhanced weekend schedule for Presidents’ Day. The enhanced weekend schedule includes additional trains during the morning and afternoon/evening “peak” periods. During this time, customers can utilize the waiting room located in the 8th Avenue concourse.
